1. Product Categories & Payment

Creative Jukebox offers two distinct ways to shop. By completing a purchase, the Client agrees to the terms specific to their chosen product type:

  • Standard Products (Ready-Designed): Items featuring pre-existing designs available in the online store. Payment is due in full at checkout.

  • Custom Products (Design Pending): Items marked "Custom Design Pending" require full payment upfront. This purchase acts as a service retainer for the custom design process and the physical product.

2. Custom Order Workflow: "You Imagine It. We Produce It."

  • Order Initiation: After purchasing a "Custom Design Pending" item, the Client must submit the Custom Merchandise Order Form. Production will not begin until this form is received.

  • AI-Powered Production: The Client acknowledges that Creative Jukebox utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to interpret and generate designs. AI-generated imagery is unique and may include stylistic variations inherent to the technology.

  • Content Policy: We reserve the right to refuse custom requests that involve illegal, hateful, or non-consensual imagery.

​3. Revision Policy (Custom Orders Only)

  • Limit: Only one (1) design revision is permitted per order.

  • The 24-Hour Window: Any revision request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the initial design draft.

  • Auto-Approval: If no revision is requested within the 24-hour window, the design is automatically deemed approved and sent to final production.

​4. Shipping & Logistics

  • Global Fulfillment: Creative Jukebox partners with a network of global suppliers. Because products are fulfilled from different locations based on availability and proximity, shipping fees and delivery timelines may vary significantly between items in the same order.

  • Estimated Timelines: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. Creative Jukebox is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or international logistics.

  • Import Duties: The Client is responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon the product's arrival in their country.

5. Returns & Defect Policy

​Creative Jukebox stands behind the quality of our production. However, because products are custom-made or printed-on-demand, the following rules apply:

  • 14-Day Claim Window: Any issues regarding manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, garment tears) or shipping damage must be raised within 14 days of the product delivery date.

  • Required Documentation: To raise an issue, the Client must email our support team with:

    1. ​A detailed description of the defect or damage.

    2. Clear photos showing the specific issue and the product as a whole.

  • Evaluation: Claims submitted after 14 days or without photographic evidence will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Subjective Taste: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on subjective artistic taste or "change of mind" once a custom design has been approved.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage

  • Client Rights: Upon final delivery, the Client is granted rights to use the design for the intended purpose of the purchased merchandise.

  • AI Copyright Disclosure: As AI copyright laws are evolving, Creative Jukebox does not guarantee that AI-generated designs are eligible for exclusive trademark registration.

  • Portfolio Rights: Creative Jukebox reserves the right to showcase any final products (Standard or Custom) in our portfolio and social media.

7. Limitation of Liability

​Creative Jukebox acts as a production house to facilitate a creative vision. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of the final product or for errors contained within the original vision brief provided by the Client.
